Oklahoma House approves bill to nullify Affordable Care Act

The Oklahoma House voted March 14 to declare the Affordable Care Act as unconstitutional.

House Bill 1021 would prevent the enforcement of the national health care law, despite the U.S. Supreme Court upholding the constitutionality of the law last year.

The bill now goes to the Senate.
