Bradley Cooper is in negotiations to play cyclist Lance Armstrong in J.J. Abrams’ upcoming biopic about the athlete. The film will be based on Cycle of Lies: The Fall of Lance Armstrong, a book proposal by New York Times writer Juliet Macur.
