Police department answers questions about open carry law

Senate Bill 1733 goes into effect Nov. 1. The bill allows a person with a concealed carry license to openly carry their handgun.

“We checked these places and you can openly carry a gun at at Crest, Target, Wal-Mart, Sam’s& the Bank of Oklahoma starting tomorrow,” tweeted Jessica Schambach of KOCO.
