A music management CEO leads the pack, with only six artists on the list.
A team of 15 Billboard editors ranked the contendors based on a “combination of key factors including market share, exclusive Billboard chart data/boxscore information, and revenue.”
The list includes people such as Jay-Z, Beyonce, Ryan Seacrest, Lady GaGa, Simon Cowell, and Taylor Swift.
