Aborted fetus ads to air during Super Bowl

An FCC loophole may allow one activist to run “gruesome” anti-abortion ads during one of the most-watched telecasts of the year.

Randall Terry, who announced last year that he would run against President Barack Obama for the democratic nomination, may have found a way to air the controversial advertisements.

While such content can typically be censored by television stations, the Federal Communications Commission “prevents censorship of political ads within 45 days of a presidential primary or caucus.”

The Super Bowl will air Feb. 5.
