OKC officials say boot threat results in paid fines

An Oklahoma City ordinance that went into effect last September allowing cars with $250 or more in parking fines to be booted seems to be prompting more compliance, officials say. However, thousands are still getting tickets, and $1.3 million is owed to the city.
